We are actively planning an in-person seminar for Summer 2025. We are so excited to return to a college campus again this summer.

Please be aware, HOBY West Virginia is unable to provide any refunds for fees paid if ambassadors change their mind or are unable to attend for any reason, regardless of covid. This applies to staff fees as well.

The early-bird registration fee per ambassador is $395.

The deadline for the early-bird fee is February 13, 2025. After, the price per student will increase to $425.
